Estimates and Services
Estimates provided by LEVEL UP PAINTING are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if additional preparation, repairs, materials, or work are required. Any additional work outside the original scope may require customer approval and additional charges.
Scheduling and Project Changes
Project start dates and completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, surface conditions, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and informing LEVEL UP PAINTING of known conditions that could affect the project.

Any warranty applicable to a project will be stated in the applicable estimate or agreement. LEVEL UP PAINTING is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing damage, moisture, structural problems, defective substrates, previous coatings, or conditions outside the scope of the contracted work.
